L.A. Vanilla Cake Feminised produced by crossing the two elite West Coast clones Ice Cream Cake and Wedding Cake. L.A. Vanilla Cake is a 70% indica plant with big yields and very high levels of THC. Plants are vigorous and robust and hungry for nutrients. Indoor growers should veg. for three weeks maximum if plants aren't to outgrow their environment. Careful attention in the form of SCRoG, SoG, FIMming, super-cropping and lolli-popping will pay handsome dividends come harvest time. In a 60 - 65 days flowering period yields of 550 - 600 gr/2 should be obtained. Buds are hard and compact. When cultivated outdoors, L.A. Vanilla Cake plants can grow to be as tall as 300 cm. with yields to match. Harvests of 1300 - 1500 gr/plant is not uncommon with northern hemisphere crops ready in the second half of October. Plants show purple and blue shades near maturity and the amount of resin produced contrasts well against the backdrop of the buds and foliage. A creamy, sweet pastry aroma seduces the nose while flavours are sweet and fruity. THC production is betwen 20 - 25% with under 2% CBD. The effect is powerful and long-lasting, cerebral at first and then evolving into a more relaxed sensation.
