Buddha Skunk is derived from a classic strain that first made headlines in Europe in the late 1970s/early 1980s following its introduction by Sam the Skunkman from the U.S. Buddha Skunk is a sativa-dominant hybrid, a stable strain producing uniform plants that are strong, powerful and high-yielding. Buddha Skunk's flowering time is relatively short, the more so taking into account the final harvest. It is recommended to take precautions with indoor crops using carbon filtered filters as this is a very strong-smelling strain. Buds are dense with good volume, producing a mass of calyxes and pistils. Indoor-grown plants are ready after 65 - 70 days of flowering with yields of 400 - 550 gr/m2. Outdoors, crops are ready either in the 2nd. half of October or April in the northern and southern hemispheres respectively. Outdoor plants can yield 500 - 1500 gr. each. Dried flowers display a pronounced Skunk flavour with a range of notes from fruity to sour. The effects are very much what you'd expect from a sativa strain, uplifting cerebral energy, creative, social and good vibes all round.
